- Georges Dessaulles. Lawyer, investigator and mediator. Actively involved in the resolution of customer complaints in the Canadian banking sector as an independent investigator working as a consultant to the independent industry ombudsman. Consultant in regulatory compliance and corporate ethics. Director and past Chairman of the Canadian Centre for Ethics & Corporate Policy. Was in senior management at RBC as corporate counsel and in the Compliance function which he helped create in 1994.
- Alexei Marcoux, Chair. Professor of Business Ethics and Society in the Heider College of Business, and Research Scholar in the Institute for Economic Inquiry, at Creighton University. Co-editor of the Business Ethics Journal Review.
